Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Anthrobase ("Anthrobase", "we", "us") builds synchronized expert demonstration data for Physical AI. Our registered office is at C-11, Green Park Extension, New Delhi 110016, India. You can reach us at contact@anthrobase.ai.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing anthrobase.ai, submitting a form on it, or signing in to the Loom console, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy Contact. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. Use of the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or working with Anthrobase. You agree not to scrape the site at scale, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.

4. The Loom console

Loom is our internal quality control console. Access is provisioned by us for Anthrobase team members and capture partners under separate agreements, and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Nothing in the console is offered as a public product or service.

5. Demo requests and communications

When you submit a demo or contact request, you ask us to respond to you about Anthrobase. We reply within one working day where we can. Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side, and any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, imagery, the Anthrobase name and wordmark, the Expert Demonstration Standard, and Loom are the property of Anthrobase or its licensors. You may not reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for fair, attributed quotation.

7. Confidentiality of shared material

Documents we share with you that are marked confidential, including technical documentation and datasets, remain confidential and are governed by the agreement or NDA under which they were shared, not by these terms.

8. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services to operate, including hosting and Supabase for authentication and form storage. Their processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. Statements on it about our data, pipeline, and roadmap describe work in progress and are not warranties, offers, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthrobase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or console. Our aggregate liability in connection with the site is limited to one thousand Indian rupees or the minimum permitted by law, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Data protection

We handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and as described in our Privacy Policy, including your rights of access, correction, and erasure.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access to the site or console to protect the service or comply with law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
